Originally built in 1938-1939 as a warehouse and showroom, 155 Clarence Street now stands as an iconic example of art deco architecture at its best. Positioned in Sydney’s bustling CBD, the heritage listed building recently underwent a revival internally.
While Group GSA was engaged to renovate 3 vacant floors, they worked closely with lighting designers Llight to light the each space with adaptability and flexibility at the forefront. With some of the spaces being vacant, it was important that each of these had the capability to accommodate whomever occupies them in the future.
The Jilly track luminaire in 3500K by ERCO was designed with versatility and flexible workplace lighting as one of its main features. Illuminating a large portion of the tenancy, alongside a selection of ELS luminaires, the combination brings the dynamic workspaces to life.
