Jadecross recently had the opportunity to contribute to a landmark workplace project for Dexus Forever Fitout at 1 Bligh Street, Sydney – a project that reflects a broader evolution in how high-quality commercial interiors are conceived and brought to life.

Developed in collaboration with a leading architecture practice Woods Bagot and specialist consultant team, the project called for a lighting solution that could meet the demands of a modern, forward-thinking workplace environment – one where quality, comfort, longevity and circularity were central to the brief.

Working closely with the project team, Jadecross supplied a curated suite of luminaires suited to the diverse spatial requirements across the tenancy. Products were selected for their quality, visual comfort and performance credentials – contributing to a workplace environment that feels considered and refined throughout.

A Thoughtful Lighting Response

Lighting was incorporated across key areas with a focus on design quality and the ability to support a range of different spatial configurations for day one of occupancy through to anticipating future workplace changes . A consistent colour temperature was applied throughout, delivering a neutral white light that promotes focus and clarity across all areas of the workplace.

Jadecross also worked alongside acoustic and partition specialists on modular meeting room systems, ensuring visual comfort in enclosed settings where both acoustics and light quality needed to work in harmony.

The result is a workplace that reflects the high standards Dexus brings to its portfolio – well-lit, visually comfortable and built around the needs of the people who use it. It is a project Jadecross is proud to have contributed to, and a strong example of what can be achieved when suppliers, consultants and design teams work together toward a shared vision of quality.
